I have been a Licenced Realtor since 1972 mostly in the interior of B.C. On three occasions, I have owned my own agencies and currently own Sundance Realty Group.

I have worked in all facets of real estate including residential, commercial, new construction, single and multi-family. Also projects of various sizes and locations and recreational subdivisions. As well, during parts of this Real Estate endeavor was involved in appraisals for Credit Unions and Chartered Banks and two years as a Mortgage Broker. I am currently licensed as a Managing Broker.

My amount of years in the business in the Interior gives me influence in a vast area of the Interior from Valemont to the US border and to the Alberta border.
